The efficient, effective, total-body workouts can be done at home with minimal equipment.

Chelsea Burgo is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, UFC Certified Fitness Trainer, TRX and RIP Core Certified Trainer, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Brown Belt Competitor, Multi-National and International Champion. Womens Self-Defense Instructor, Kid's Self Defense & Jiu-Jitsu Instructor.


WHAT YOU NEED
Minimal equipment needed. Ideally have two sets of dumbbells, a light set (3-8 lbs.) and a heavy set (5-15 lbs.), plus a mat and water bottle. Or any household items to use as weights:

Water bottles -16 oz bottle = 1lb.

Cans of food - 15 oz can = 1lb. / 28 oz bottle = 1.75 lb.

Water Jugs -1.5 liter jug = 3.75 lb.
LEVELS
The Zoom-Fit program was created so that each member can increase & measure their strength progressively by following the level guide. All together there are 5 levels that are divided by REPS, SETS & REST. Because this is a progressive program, each level will take 4 weeks to complete. After completing one 4 week phase each member can progress to the next level, eventually cycling back to level 1 & doing it over again.
