INTENSITY LEVEL: High but designed for ALL levels This FIT CAMP workout involves a rapid-fire sequence of moves. It is fast-paced and intense but we designed this program with the beginner in mind. Our instructors will demonstrate ways to differentiate exercises to meet you at your level which allows you to set your own pace.
